Our helicopter Bell 407 is air-conditioned and has plush interiors. It is fitted with "FADEC" (a computerised safety feature) and Auxiliary fuel tank, enabling the helicopter to undertake long flights without refueling stops. a) Same day return is subject to weather & visibility conditions, and if the departure ex-Delhi is at 0800hrs
b) Additional Rs.45,000/- per night up to a maximum stay of 2 nights.
» Payment is to be made on the basis of actual night halts etc.. for whatever reasons.
» Night Halt at Ranthambore is not permitted.
» For stay beyond two nights and as per the customers' itinerary, separate quote will be given.
» Four working days notice and flight confirmation required if any foreigners are travelling to Agra, along with their
Names, Nationality, Passport Nos.Validity, Occupation & copy of Visa.
» Ground arrangements are not a part of this package.
* Other Terms & Conditions of Charter
» Please note that the helicopters have practically no baggage space, (with five pax on board) and hence, no
baggage would be permissible on Board.
» Landing & parking charges for private helipads are to be borne by the charterer.
» The cost of Extension of watch hours at Agra/Udaipur ( Rs. 6000/- per hr. ), is to be borne by you., if/as
applicable.
» Should the flight be curtailed/cancelled/diverted/held-over due to factors beyond our control (like weather), or the
actual flying time is longer than the indicated time (due to ATC clearance/density of air traffic/wind and weather
conditions etc.), payment would have to be made on the basis of actual flying/overnight halt/waiting etc.
» For confirmation, we require 100% advance, based on the indicated flying time, overnight stay, waiting charges
etc.
